Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
Collect or store personal data about other users.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on Spice Route Recipes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and other material (the "Content"), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Jabulani Kitchen Ventures either owns or licenses the Content. You may access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Content in any way without the prior written permission of Jabulani Kitchen Ventures. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. User-Generated Content

Spice Route Recipes may allow users to submit content, such as comments, reviews, and recipe adaptations ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Jabulani Kitchen Ventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User-Generated Content that you submit; that the User-Generated Content is accurate; that use of the User-Generated Content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Jabulani Kitchen Ventures for all claims resulting from User-Generated Content you supply.

Jabulani Kitchen Ventures has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any User-Generated Content.

5. Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jabulani Kitchen Ventures makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
